The top table has four cells arranged as two rows of two cells each. Inside each cell is a self-contained ONMOUSEOVER, ONMOUSEOUT action. The start image is the default image. It is the first image of an animated gif which has been exported and saved as a separate stationary gif image. The ONMOUSEOVER image is the second image. That second image for each mouseover is the full gif animation with all frames. The effect is that the image begins to move when the cursor is placed over it. When the cursor is moved elsewhere the first image is reloaded and the motion stops. If a browser does not use the script, only the first image is seen. The link should take the viewer to the next webpage whether or not the second image is loaded. Switch to source view in your browser to copy the code. The image pairs are in a table at the bottom of the page. |
