We heard about animal experiments going on in Japan in which primates
were doing some innovative and really entertaining things. One little Chimp likes to watch TV and look at newspapers a lot. We wondered what we could find out if we could talk to the animals. Dr. Dolittle was there. He was doing
very little at the time so he said he'd translate whatever Chimp wanted to say. We
needed a reporter to go over there and cover the story. George W. Gunslinger, an erstwhile
witless defense lawyer turned reporter, was on standby alert. Since the ex-witless for the
defense had been chomping at the bit and there was no one else available, we let him
have a go at it. |

Solar + Fuel Cells = ?
We were thinking about putting solar cells together with very
efficient fuel cells. It seemed like a clever idea. We wondered what Chimp might tell us, so Witless asked Chimp about it. Witless goes, "Whaddya think little fella?"
"The biggest IF primates have ever faced.
In fact the biggest IF primates could ever concieve. We'll be happy IF humans will stop trashing our trees. We don't like Media bozos mouthing mumbo-jumbo about saving the freakin rainforests."
This must be what he's trying to tell us.
"Which will it be? Armageddon or Brave New World? When will we know?
When we hear the Media telling the truth, we will know that the decision has
been made to choose a Brave New World.Until we hear the truth in the Media, the
status quo has humanity on a collision course with Armageddon.
The Media Is The Message, isn't it?"
Chimp
goes, "So what? I might care if I had a home to go back to. Chimps wanting
Armageddon, (Rev 16:16), so that species SANItizations will
stop is like humans in rich countries who see AIDS as a racial cleanser,
only in reverse."

WHAT IS CARRYING CAPACITY?: from the Carrying Capacity Network
A common fallacy is to equate existing and seemingly open or "unused" spaces with the
kind of resources and ecologically productive land needed to support human life under modern conditions. In fact, the
criterion for determining whether a region is overpopulated is not land
area, but carrying capacity. Carrying capacity refers to the number of individuals
who can be supported in a given area within natural resource limits, and without degrading the natural
social, cultural and economic environment for present and future generations. The carrying capacity for any given area
is not fixed. It can be altered by improved technology, but mostly it is changed for the worse by pressures which accompany
a population increase. As the environment is degraded, carrying capacity actually shrinks, leaving the environment no longer
able to support even the number of people who could formerly have lived in the area on a sustainable basis. No population can
live beyond the environment's carrying capacity for very long. The average American's ecological
footprint, that is the demands an individual endowed with average amounts of resources, land,
water, food, fiber, waste assimilation and disposal, etc. puts on the environment, is about 12

the gag ruleth on day one-eth. Isn't it obvious?"
