Buddycom Top Choice for Best Person Ever to walk on the planet earth. Buddycom has one person in particular whom we idolize and picture ourselves as trying to emulate on a daily basis. Is that person Buddha? Jesus? Well to be truthful the person is a mortal being. His name is Walter Mathau. Is there anything at all which we don't like about Walter? Nope, not one thing. You see, there were three finalist candidates in line for the honor of being the object of our idolatry. Burt Lancaster scored very high as did , Elizabeth Taylor and Jack Lemmon. All of these fine people scored very high in our demanding set of criteria, in the 9.5 range and above. That's what put him on top in our judgement, a perfect 10, we just couldn't find anything wrong with that person. All of us here at Buddycom like Walter very much. And that is how Walter Mathau recieved the Buddycom award for being the world's most perfect person of all time. Madonna, Dr. C. Everet Koop, Robert Mitchum, Jaques Cousteau, Joan Baez, Dr Paul Ehrlich, Jane Fonda, and Alan Alda, all recieved honorable mention, especially since all these people are definitely "big picture" in their Weltanshauung. The bottom line was, who is the most real, the most intellectually honest, caring, kind and compassionate towards their fellow human beings and all life forms. In short, who is the most in tune with reality and the cosmos? The person who is most like us. The person we like the most. The person we picture ourselves, if we were near perfection, to be. And also, if they are as funny as Alan Alda, that would be good, too. Besides that the world's most perfect person would have chosen Jack Lemmon as a personal friend just as Walter has done. What more proof could you need? Walter Mathau is lucky to have been an actor. It is the perfect medium for his message. And he most certainly does have a message. You will find yourself watching Walter Mathau's movies again and again and again. And each time you do, your cumulative admiration for him will increase.
