NASA has huge databases of photos numbering in the hundreds of thousands to millions. Apparently most of them have been archived as-is. Almost all photo images we viewed from Nasa require cropping, color adjustment, etc. It just takes a few seconds for each photo. The PhotoShop variations filter cleans them up nicely. Usually the color levels and edge sharpening are slightly adjusted as needed as well. For step by step instructions,
